((Too funny! <3@U tout))

Idly scanning the calendar, something catches your eye: February 30th! With absolutely no inkling of any trepidation, you open the tiny box.

Inside, carved into the back are the letters, "wtf, no yuo!"

What is that, dwarvish?

Date: 13th August
Label: The Splendid Seventeenth

Intrigued and possibly slightly irritated by the disparity between the date and the label inscribed on the door, you open the box to find a pith helmet with a note pinned to it declaring that today is the start of Woggleflook hunting season. Underneath the helmet you find a magnifying glass and “Good Luck!” written on an otherwise blank calling card.

Label: The Feast of All Sauls

This box seems vaguely orange. When opened, a grinning Jack o'Lantern, carved from a pumpkin, jumps out at you. A small bat flies out of the pumpkin and sinks its fangs in your thumb.

The 24th of December.

This box curiously exhales a puff of cold air as you open it and your breath becomes white mist.

Inside, a beautiful, single snow-flake hangs in the air, turning, shifting and swirling, as if eternally falling through space against a softly shimmering ivory background.

Dec. 31
Eve of Forgotten Comrades
When this box is open, there is a small, rolled up parchment inside, upon which is written, in elegant, flowing script, several names: Akos, Taun, Ashlyn, Natam, Shumani, Alanath, Drakath and Mordaver. Underneath in golden letters, it reads: "Gone but not forgotten, Umbral Advent forever."

(If I missed anyone, please tell me before this goes public. I'd hate to forget someone :-P)

This box is decorated with what looks like a picture of a slice of toast on the front. In the middle of the toast is painted the face of a male Forsaken with wild, if receding, hair.

Opening it you find a sealed stein, with 'Bregmeister Brew' and an exhortation to drink to the health of the 'Unholy Cardinal' written on it. There is a sharp hiss as you open the stein, and a roiling, somehwat frothy cloud escapes. Peering into the vessel you see a clear, bright green liquid that fizzes slightly. The aroma is malty with a slight sickly sweet undertone. It is unclear exactly what it might be made from. You notice that the stein has a glass bottom, and stuck to the glass is a note proclaiming "Drink me, indeed!"

November 14th

Dread Matron's Day

Inside this day's door you find 12 tiny little polished troll skulls, all lined up and polished 'til they shine. Dominating them all is one large skull that seems to be giving a disaproving look, even in death.

Date: the Twelfth of Conquerors

Label: Arena Day

This box has a wreath of laurel on top, somehow still living. Atfirst sight, the opened box appears only to contain sand, with someassorted stains. Probably best not to investigate their nature. However, if you do you will discover a half-dozen broken toys deep inthe sand. The toys are so badly damaged that it's impossible to tellwhat races or classes they might once have represented, though youthink the big one might possibly have been an ogre. Or a Tauren.

A tiny magical broom, made of magewood and rat whisker, is continuously sweeping out the contents of this box.

October 20: Mantid Resurgence Day

The door to this box catches your eye because it is slightly ajar. Opening it fully, you see that the box is filled with solid amber. The amber has a large crack in the center, inside of which appears to be an egg...

... Freshly hatched.
